Not a cloud in the sky on this beautiful bright day of glorious sunshine. I had never seen a non-cloud day in Scotland before, so a wonderful bonus.
I ran with Eleni. She was feeling great and ran faster, so we ran together for 5 miles.
It was maybe even hotter than yesterday. I was feeling the heat a bit, but mostly I had tired legs, so I relaxed and enjoyed the run without worrying about pace.
