I made a miraculous recovery. I couldn't run the last 2 days, so I went out today not knowing what will happen. The pain I had in the upper thigh was gone and I thank God for that! Gluts and groin were still bothering me but I was able to run well. :) Running for me is such a day to day situation. When I get a good day, I don't take it for granted and I am grateful.

After the warm up first mile, (9:13) I was running 7:35-7:40 the rest of the run.
