My leg was bothering me so I decided not to run. Instead I went to the gym and did 20 minutes of the bike with a hill workout. It was hard to really get my heart rate up because my legs would tire quickly. I don't have any cycling power. This is the first time in almost 2 years since I've been on a bike. Heart rate maxed at 152.
