I went out in the rain. It was pouring hard. I got soaked. I've been running slow for weeks now because of the hamstring and then Achilles, so I have this need to push it. I put on my fast trainers, (New Balance 826) but my Achilles were complaining as they don't have the same support as my other shoes. 4 miles and I had enough. I felt sluggish anyhow. But I will go out again later and hopefully put in a solid run.
