It was very cold, but no wind, so i felt warm. I even ditched my jacket. A great day for a winter run.I felt much better than yesterday. Ran the hills easy as I could feel the sudden jump in miles in my body. Miles 3 to 4.2 were on ice. The rest of the route was clear.
