RTB Leg 25

Notes

Last leg of RTB. I made a crucial mistake by not staying hydrated and it really stopped me in my tracks. After 200 meters i knew I had nothing and the race was going to be a suffer fest. A very hilly course... I really struggled on the hills. My quads were sore. This was my slowest leg by far in RTB in the 3 years I've run this.
