Notes
I did a long 10 mile warmdown after the Park Run to get my 17 miler in. Did the first 2 miles with Les and hooked up Sandy for the last 3 miles. This was a nice bonus as it made the miles go easier having company.
I had a another fall, banging my left elbow again, hip and hand. This time also smacking my left knee which is a bit sore. I was running slower (9:20) pace than when I did this last month, so it didn't hurt as much.
