As I was getting ready to run I peeked outside and it was rainy heavy. Nothing worse than cold rain and windy. I thought about doing a treadmill run and then checked myself. Do i really want to out in 8 miles on the treadmill? The answer is no... so i went out in the rain. By the time I got going the rain had diminished and it wasn't bad at all until near the end. This was actually a very enjoyable run. :o) I forgot to reset my watch to mile splits from yesterday, so I didn't get splits.
