Notes
I beautiful day for running. Very sunny and cold, but it felt great. Went to the track for a speed workout. I didn't want to do too much as I might race Saturday. 4 x 400 and 6 x 200 with 200 rest. Legs felt fine. hamstring no problems. Speed was slow, but this is to be expected until i get some workouts in.
Splits:
400's: 78, 79, 78, 78
200's: 42, 43, 43, 43, 42, 42
