Eleni and I had a discussion about how I can feel like crap on a run, cut it short and go out again later and I will have a much better run. Sometimes even great runs. She couldn't understand how this is possible. Neither can I. :)
However the bottom line is it works for me. So today I did the loop again and ran 8:08 pace when earlier I struggled to run 9:41. The 8:08 even felt easier.
