Notes
I went out for my hill repeats. I felt like crap. My 3 mile warm up was pathetically slow, (10:15 per mile). I didn't feel tired, the legs just refused to go. I thought about pushing back the workout until tomorrow but I figured I might snap out of it once I started running hard. The plan was 6 x 1.2 mile hill with 2 minute rest.I struggled badly the first 2. Halfway up the third one I just stopped and jogged home. My pace on the hill was way to slow, so I didn't see the point in continuing. The hill beat me today, but I'll back tomorrow to show who is the boss!
