The Footlog has really helped in just one day! Today I ran twice as far and with less pain than the 2 miles I did the other day. Also hours after running the foot didn't hurt as much. Usually I wouldn't get so excited with a slow 4 mile run, but today I felt like I took a positive step in the right directions. I will remain cautious and not overdue it until my body allows it so... run smart!
