10 min warmup. Then increasing the level from 10 to 18 every minute maintaining 90 RPM. 2 min rec and then 3 x 1 min at level 18 (90 RPM), 1 min rest. This was tough. 4 min rest, 3 x 2 min at level 15 at 100 RPM. 10 minute warmdown.
