Notes

I couldn't believe how tired I was after a rest day. I was planning on 10 miles, but cut this in half. I feel I need a recovery week so I'll cut back on miles, but still get in my 2 quality runs. Pushing up my miles the past three weeks, I feel like I've hit a wall. I was hoping to hold on to the mileage until the week of the 10 mile race before dropping mileage, but I need the rest now.
