I was so stiff the beginning of the run I didn't think I'd do more than a few miles. But after a very slow start, 9:10 pace) for 2 miles, I loosened up and was fine. My legs did start feeling fatigued the last mile so that's when I called it a day. I did the Island Pond route with trail add-on.
