After a 3:00pm coffee, I went out just before dark at 4:15 and it was snowing!I felt great and was under 8:00 for the first mile. I felt tons better than earlier in the day.
So I headed to the Crichton Hill for the workout, but had to go back as I forgot about hospital traffic. Right at the base of the hill was a loooog que of cars, so if i did the hills, I would have been sucking exhaust fumes up and down the hill.
So I will do this workout tomorrow and incorporate into a 12/13 miler.
