Notes

3 x back ext, machine curl, machine tri pulldown. 3 x regular lunges, ab machine arm pulldown. 3 x crunches, leg scissors in v position, holding v position with arms extended. Maybe more I forgot. Also did about 10 minutes form drills after, haven't been logging those.
