Notes
Made this a short run so I could take DW & D Doggie for a walk on the Jamaica trail later. I felt especially good, to the extent that I did fartleks on W Van Dorn on the way back. The most exciting thing, though, was seeing two foxes trotting (see what I did there?) S below the dam. The 2nd stopped briefly to gaze at me.
