No run yesterday, due to late-night tea with Sallie et al. Boy, a day off makes a big difference. This morning, just ran at an easy to moderate pace. My legs felt strong, my ankle didn't bother me, and I kept the pace steady and did no speedwork at all. Drives me crazy that this was actually faster than Wednesday's hard run.
Pretty warm morning, and the setting full moon peeked out from behind the clouds a few times.
