Notes
Felt better, ran reasonably fast. The decision to take the south shore turnoff was truly a spur of the moment one. I was feeling good, the morning was nice (pretty sunrise), I didn't like the traffic on 70th, and I had enough time, so I made the left turn. Still working on the forward thrust form as I run. It really helps. Hole in left shoe caused some discomfort to my toe, during the run on the limestone trail, and afterward.
