We got five inches of rain and flood warnings last night, so I was prepared to get drenched. On the contrary, the only rain I felt was the drips off the trees. 48th Street Underpass was a roaring torrent. Surface crossing. A Street was okay except for a small puddle at the north end. 27th & Capital Parkway was completely flooded. I felt decent; I think this was a wee bit faster than yesterday.
