Might want to call this pseudo-intervals, since I didn't want to push it too much. Just want to find out how my ankle holds up. My muscles enjoyed it, and I didn't really get out of breath. I shortened the recovery intervals, as a result. It all felt pretty easy. Fankle felt okay during the run, and, two hours later, still feels okay. Hope it stays that way.

Did gentle TENS on the ankle last night for about 1/2 hour. It felt good enough this morning that I may continue doing that.
