Back in town. Several days in Washington without the chance to run, but I was happy to have three more than I expected while on the trip.
Today my alarm went off at 3:30 Seattle time. That was rather hard, but I managed to start running 33 minutes later. Legs were ready to go; my head, not so much. It was a good run, nonetheless. Not much to say about it, but it was warm.
