Yesterday was a planned day off - day after election. This morning I felt strong, but didn't feel like taking advantage of the strength, so I just ran an enjoyed it. Unfortunately, at the 56th street crossing, I stepped a bit awkwardly, and felt PTT twinge that has persisted post-run. Probably not serious, but annoying. Surprised by closed trail, which shortened the run by a chunk.
