Realized I need to get serious about training, so here's a long I haven't done in quite a while. Not a bad pace, huh? I was grateful for my cycling quads; in fact, I'm sure they helped maintain this pace for this long. Trail was nice; a few puddles from the thunderstorm last night. Pretty seriously depleted after it was done. Lost nine pounds, in fact.
