Notes
A great run. I had a decent supper (tuna sandwich) and got enough sleep. Temperature very nice. My muscles felt great: Every time I asked them to go a little faster, they obliged happily. Ran and chatted with a woman for one block along Calvert. Time includes a fair wait to get across Normal.
