Evening run because of the late night at the hospital. Today the swelling has been considerably worse. Pain the same; quite mild. I was prepared to go four miles, but right leg and left foot both feel dodgy. Next guess is a stress fracture, so I'm not going to push it, and cut this to a measly two miles.
