Spent the whole day at the hospital ; finally got a chance to run,on a full stomach at 87F in the dark. Should have worn a light. A group of teenagers decided I was a ghost, then a woman jogging with her dog gasped as I passed. That could have been my aroma by then, however. Breeze from the southwest meant dead still air on much of my return trip. Worked up an excellent sweat.
