Had to remind myself that this was a recovery run; don't push it. Loop on the south side of the lake was a spontaneous and happy decision. First time on crushed limestone in VFFs. It does feel quite a bit different. There were a couple of places with some larger gravel, too. Surprisingly few people out on a lovely Saturday. I was a bit overdressed again.
