I felt quite good; remarkably, left ankle was fine. Counted this as the full loop because I ran up to the construction fence, then back to the trail. Accuracy not 100% guaranteed. Kind of enjoyed the heat - a good, sweaty run. Greeted a fair number of others in random places.
