I was really relaxed in spite of the cold. Dropped from 3F to 1F during the run, and there was a definite NW wind. Windchill -11. Wore extra layer of tights, still experienced Dick Hurt in Cold Morning. One owl.
Cold has mostly left nose and is now a more general chest cold. Not too bad while running.
