Notes
Last night after Ultimate, I was exhausted. Dinner, trash, bed, allowed myself a bit of extra sleep. Legs still a bit running tired this morning, but willing to pull me through. Full moon was much higher this morning at 6:00 than it was yesterday at 5:30. Seems strange. It was dim and hazy this morning. Encountered three women running up 52nd right off the bat. Unusual. Not too many others. Lots of no-see-ums, though.
