Foot didn't feel terrible, but was complaining enough that I felt this should be a rest day; hence, this is my only run today. The pain was not ATT-specific; more like all the weak parts of my foot and ankle. Against my better judgment, I let Sage have a pretty good squirrel chase. We had a good time.
