Kind of struggling with slightly bruised left heel and the ever-troublesome right little toe. Apparently, I was still tired from Ultimate last night, judging by the pace. I thought I felt pretty good, though. For the record, my resting pulse last two mornings has been 48. Too much traffic on J and 52nd for an early run.
