Steady breeze from the south kept it from being too oppressive. First time back on the trails, and they're usable for the most part. There were some significant detours on the south trail to avoid the muck. I could see the lines of flotsam on the bridges indicating that they were almost completely covered. Underpass was muddy and the creek was almost up to trail level; higher than it had been the other day. Saw a couple of beautiful meadow larks right by the trail. There were geese with downy goslings.
