Late start because I neglected to do the trash last night. Legs felt great - a fine day for speed play. At each straightaway, picked a goal point and ran really fast toward it. Some of these were probably the fastest I've ever run. One of them was the fairly long uphill going north on 70th. Pushed on the final Sumner uphill as well. There were no other runners to blast past.
