This time I saw the trailhead, and it was clear I wasn't going to take the trail without xc skis, so same route as yesterday. Steady breeze from the east was nice going out, but I knew I would pay for it going back. True. Still, considerably warmer than yesterday, and I was generally pretty comfortable.
