I expected to get drenched, based on the forecast, but real rain never materialized. Shirt's wetness was only sweat. It was actually a beautiful, if humid morning. The lake was especially pretty. I took it easy, knowing this was to be a double day. Actually I didn't seem to have any energy to run hard anyway. Not bad, not great.
