Always gauging whether the vaccine was affecting me, and not finding a problem, I extended this all the way to the 8 mile post and 190th street. Legs felt fine through most, and I was happy with sub-10:30. The legs came off on the last 3 miles, however, so the overall was not sub-10:30. I made it, and the watch, which was complaining of low battery, made it as well. Some nice bird sightings, but I'm calling the frogs the salient feature of the run. Quite a few standing water ponds, and the frogs were having a heyday.
