Clear skies, foggy bottoms. My brain fit better into the latter metaphor. I did manage to get out the door sixteen minutes after the alarm, VFFs and all. Thinking of Sunday's mile race, I wanted to take this easy, but did try accelerating to mile pace a few times. Felt okay.
