Doing the bare minimum to qualify as my long run, because that's how I felt. DW had to take Sage to class this morning while I tended to Annie, hence the afternoon run. Running after clam dip and cider wasn't ideal, but I managed. Brisk wind from the SW. Decent run. Encountered three other runners, all men.
