Notes

I am discovering, I think, a way to improve my form. If I run as if I am in pursuit of something just ahead, my weight shifts forward a bit and it engages my quads more and lengthens my stride slightly. Makes me feel like a better runner. It may only work when I'm feeling especially energetic, so this remains to be tested.

Beautiful crescent moon. Met about a half dozen runners.
