I got a fair amount of encouragement and congratulations on this run, thanks to being in the middle of the Major League Tri. I returned the favor as I encountered participants. This is a new one, sponsored by Red Dirt, and the course goes east of the lake, all the way past 84th. Saw David F spectating, and Greg B running. Greg also was not a participant. Seems being in the tri made me run relatively fast. Felt good.
