Thought I was on track to at least get sub-40; in fact, at miles 1 - 4 the timekeepers had me about 7:55, so I don't know what happened in mile 5. It didn't feel at all slow. It all felt like an appropriate pace throughout, so I guess I ran it right. Or I didn't try hard enough. Or I'm really out of shape.
In the age-grade listing, I'm 58 in the top 100.
DD and Elliott and Phil were there.
