Thinking about why my legs felt heavy and stiff last Monday, as they did this morning. Recalled that the times that I have felt light on my feet have been the day or two after speedwork. Decided to push my speed a bit. It was a little tough, but apparently it had some effect. I'll see how I feel tomorrow.
