Notes

I took a nap after work, and by the time I woke up it was evident we weren't going to the gym. I felt good after the rest, and thought it would be a good run. It was, but I almost immediately needed to adjust my expectations. A twenty-two mile run two days prior does not bode for a fast run. Oh yeah, this is a recovery run. Didn't feel bad, just slow. Knees felt good without strap. Avoided running on left side of streets.
