I thought a run in warm weather would do me some good. Character building, you know. Strangely, this was harder than my usual 60F morning runs. Steady breeze from SW helped, especially on the way out. Coming back, climbing up hill to dam, I succumbed to 2-2 breathing. I would have had a hard time going any farther. Also, PTT, though it felt good prior to run, did not feel good during run.
It astounds me now to see that it was a 9:00 pace. I thought it was around 9:40. Shows what a lousy judge of pace I am.
