Not bad as a post-race run. Quads and hammies sore, I noticed as I stretched afterward, but didn't seem bad for the run. Wore my new headlight, but found the white annoying in the beautiful moonlight. Used blinky red in back of my head. Did not see a single other runner, unless you count the raccoon running across the street at 33rd and Calvert.
