DW wanted to go to the gym. I wanted to run. Run to the gym seemed to be the right choice. Turns out, it's a really complex thing to do, and preparation is something like getting ready for a camping trip. I had plenty of time last night to prepare, and needed it. Still, when I got to the gym, I realized that I didn't have my razor and comb, and shortly after that I realized I didn't have any pants! Yeah. Also, had to load DW's bike on the car.

As for the run, it was really nice. The streets were quiet, and I felt good. I was feeling the PTT and thinking it may always be with me, but it didn't particularly affect my running. Thinking about how it might feel later in the day affected my running. I felt pretty strong, though, and arrived at the destination feeling good.
