Notes
Since I wasn't able to get to bed as early as I wanted, I decided this was a good time to do a longer BF run. Didn't enjoy the rough concrete, but did enjoy the run. Was a little worried that the feet weren't ready, but now they feel pretty good; just a bit tingly.
